Prepress Proofs

  1. When requested by the customer, Ezcards Dot Biz will submit color proofs for the customer's review and approval.
  2. Proofs must be returned, at the customer’s expense, to Ezcards Dot Biz marked "O.K ." or "Revised Proof Required" and signed by the customer. Until the proof is returned, no additional work will be performed.
  3. Ezcards Dot Biz will not be responsible for undetected production errors if:

a. Proofs are waived by the client

b. The work is printed per the client's written OK

c. Requests for changes are communicated verbally

d. All requests for changes of any kind must be made in writing to avoid mistakes.

e. Turnaround estimates begin after the proof is approved and arrives at Ezcards Dot Biz with the customer’s signature.
