Customer Submitted Artwork or Graphics

  1. All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. Ezcards Dot Biz is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black, or grey tones and from RGB to CMYK or PMS Pantone colors to CMYK color modes. Color shifts from a perceived black or grey must be addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black or grey final output.
  2. All artwork, designs and images must be provided in a minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode if you are providing artwork to us. Ezcards Dot Biz is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.
  3. Flatten all vector transparency objects and rasterise all image transparency objects
  4. Provide a 3mm bleed and crop marks for any job that requires bleed cut offs
  5. All important text must be 5mm inside crop marks to prevent being cropped off during trimming
  6. A RM50 pre-press setup fee applies for any non-print ready artwork
  7. Ezcards Dot Biz is not liable to re-print jobs due to improper artwork setup
